To reduce unnecessary waste and keep our pricing accessible, many PeaPetal products are shipped from carefully selected global fulfillment centers that specialize in modern kitchen solutions and quality kitchen craftsmanship.


1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Each order is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our quality and packaging standards before shipment.

1–3 business days

Shipping Fee:
$5.99 flat rate (worldwide)

Please Note:
During peak seasons, including holidays and promotional events, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because Peapetal works with trusted global fulfillment partners, delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created. If tracking does not show immediate movement, your order is still in transit and on its way to you.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

• Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer
• Peapetal is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
• Customs charges are generally uncommon for most home goods but may vary by destination country


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare and dispatch orders.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at:

within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once order processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the shipment.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Customer satisfaction is important to Peapetal, and we are here to assist if any issues occur.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please email us clear photos of the item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost whenever applicable


Lost or Stolen Packages

Peapetal is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status confirms delivery.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are happy to provide tracking details and shipping documentation to assist with carrier claims. However, refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
